The Stories That Inspire Us

People often ask how it feels to deal with disasters all the time. And we always tell them the truth: While it can be tough, it’s also inspiring. Because even though we witness a lot of grief and struggle, what sticks with us isn’t the fact that bad things happen. It’s the fact that so many good things can happen in response to them.

Over the years, we’ve had the chance to collect hundreds of stories that show just how generous and caring our industry can be. Here are just a few of our favorites.
