StrongArm Technologies Becomes ALAN Sponsor

Lakeland, FL. – The American Logistics Aid Network announced today that StrongArm Technologies has become a 2022 ALAN Sponsor.

“In the past two years alone, ALAN has enabled the delivery and distribution of more than $10 million in relief supplies for hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and the pandemic. That’s only possible because of the support of organizations like StrongArm, whose generous donation arrived just as we began fulfilling requests for disaster aid after the devastating flooding in Eastern Kentucky and Central Appalachia,” said ALAN Executive Director Kathy Fulton.

StrongArm’s contribution will help ALAN grow its operational capacity and contribute greatly to ALAN’s humanitarian relief efforts.

“A core tenant of our mission to protect the world’s industrial athletes is building a company that does well by doing good,” said StrongArm Technologies Founder and CEO Sean Petterson. “We’re honored to support ALAN in its efforts to leverage the reach and power of global supply chain logistics to support disaster relief organizations at a time when it’s needed more than ever.”

###

About StrongArm Technologies: StrongArm Technologies provides actionable data and insights for the world’s industrial workforce, including customers such as Walmart, Toyota and Albertsons, that want to create a safer, more effective environment. Its wearable devices work to protect over 35,000 of today’s Industrial Athletes™ – individuals who put their bodies on the line day in and day out to fulfill the world’s essential services – by providing real-time feedback to inform safety, proper training and productivity across the workforce. With more than 30 million hours of on-body data driving its insight engine, StrongArm Technologies’ wearable devices have proven a 52 percent year-over-year injury reduction rate for customers.

About ALAN:  Founded in 2005, ALAN provides donated logistics assistance to disaster relief organizations before, during and after catastrophic events.  It is aided in these efforts by financial supporters, volunteers and in-kind donors.  This year it has coordinated compassionate supply chain services for disasters such as the attacks on Ukraine, the flooding in Eastern Kentucky, the December tornadoes, the Haiti earthquake, the western wildfires and the COVID-19 pandemic. Note:  If you’re a carrier who wants ALAN to connect you with FEMA for work or new business opportunities, we’re sorry to say that you’re not in the right place.  While we at ALAN would like to be of help, we’re solely a non-profit who serves other non-profits, and we’re not able to assist with any other requests at this time.  Our best advice is to recommend that you contact FEMA directly using the links below as a starting point.   We hope you’ll find them helpful, and we wish you every success.
